ITINERARY
Meet your guide at the airport upon arrival and transfer to Terelj National Park. Enjoy a relaxed winter day surrounded by snow-covered landscapes, dramatic rock formations, and frozen rivers. Depending on arrival time, take a gentle walk in the crisp winter air and experience the peaceful beauty of Mongolia’s winter nature. Overnight in Terelj.
Dinner included / Juulchin Terelj Resort – deluxe ger with private bathroom.
After breakfast, visit Turtle Rock, one of Terelj’s iconic natural formations set in a snowy winter landscape. Experience an exciting dog sledding adventure on the frozen Tuul River, covering approximately 10–15 km over 20–40 minutes through pristine winter scenery. Continue to the Chinggis Khaan Equestrian Statue Complex before returning to Ulaanbaatar. In the evening, enjoy the Tsagaan Lavai traditional folklore concert featuring Mongolian music, dance, and throat singing. Overnight in Ulaanbaatar.

In the morning, travel to a traditional Mongolian nomadic family to take part in the Mongol Nomadic Show (11:00–13:00). Guests are warmly welcomed and introduced to the winter lifestyle and customs of nomadic herders. Enjoy traditional dairy products while learning about daily nomadic life.
The program features Mongolian folk songs accompanied by the morin khuur (horse-head fiddle), and opportunity to wear traditional fur garments made from the hides of the five types of livestock and take photos. Traditional transportation experiences include ox carts, horse and yak riding, horse-drawn carts, ox carts, and camel carts, offering an authentic insight into nomadic mobility.
A demonstration of traditional Mongolian vodka distillation, and an introduction to learn about the winter lodge and seasonal journey.
After the cultural program, drive to Khustai National Park, renowned for the reintroduction of the Przewalski’s wild horses (Takhi). Explore the winter steppe and enjoy opportunities to observe wild horses and other wildlife in their natural habitat. Transfer to your accommodation near Khustai National Park. Overnight near the park.
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner are included / Khustai camp – deluxe ger with private bathroom.
After breakfast, return to Ulaanbaatar. Visit Gandan Monastery, the largest and most important Buddhist monastery in Mongolia, and experience its peaceful atmosphere while observing monks during their daily prayers. After the visit, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. The remainder of the day is free at leisure for personal exploration, shopping, or rest. Overnight in Ulaanbaatar.

Transfer to the airport for your onward flight, marking the end of your unforgettable Mongolian journey.
